Crater is a 2023 American science fiction adventure film directed by Kyle Patrick Alvarez and written by John Griffin. It stars Isaiah Russell-Bailey, Mckenna Grace, Billy Barratt, Orson Hong, Thomas Boyce, and Scott Mescudi.

The film’s script, initially featured on the 2015 Black List, was purchased by 20th Century Fox before the buyout from Disney. The production was on hold for years until it was picked up again with Disney now fully producing it. Principal photography began in June 2021, at Celtic Studios in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and also took place in Los Angeles and lasted until August 2021.

Crater was released on Disney+ on May 12, 2023.
